Black Bean Brownies
Introduction
Your family will love this recipe - and since it contains no flour it is healthier than regular brownies.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. low fat cooking oil
- 15 oz. can black beans (almost two cups)
- 3 tbsp. baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a kitchen mixer
- Fill into a square baking form
- Bake at 450F for 30 minutes
- Let the Brownies cool down before you enjoy them
Serving Suggestion
The Black Bean Brownies go well with a nice espresso coffee or hot black tea.
